The Stone Sheep found within the Terminus Mountain Outfitters area are considered some of the best there are. While the ultimate remoteness plays a crucial role, our management strategies ensure that we consistently take rams 36-38″ and some over 40″ every year.
Terminus has a long-running reputation for Dark Stone Sheep. Genetically, these are true Stone Sheep, which can be varified by their special coloration which varies from salt and pepper to chocolate and almost black. Their horn configurations can be tipped or broomed, large, heavy, sweeping curls to fancy, impressive, twisty ones.
