Cared For Until This Day

Terminus Mountain Outfitters is owned and operated by Craig Kiselbach and the Kiselbach Family. Craig grew up between the coastal line and the mountains of Northern BC and spent his life guiding and outfitting all over North America. In 2016, he finally found his way to Terminus Mountain and immediately fell in love with the stunning surroundings.

On the tracks of legendary Skook Davidson, who lived beneath Terminus Mountain for 35 years, merely accompanied by his herd of more than 300 horses, we still strive to cherish his values by taking care of this unique area as if it was our own heritage.

"We believe that our strength lies in our TEAM and our coherence. Therefore, we see our CREW not just as a bunch of colleagues and people with the same interests, but more as a FAMILY, in which everyone contributes his own qualities to the development of the whole group."

Meet the Team

Bruce Willis

Bruce began guiding Stone Sheep in Northeastern BC long before carbon fiber rifles and ballistic turrets ever saw the sheep hills. Beginning his career at Folding Mountain Outfitters in 1992, Bruce has seen and done it all… a few times.  In 2017, he was awarded the Wild Sheep Foundation G.C.F. Dalziel Outstanding Guide Award and has been a staple at Terminus Mountain Outfitters since 2012. An avid hunter and trapper, his knowledge of the area and the species is vast, and his stories and mentorship to our younger guides are invaluable. Bruce looks after a few camps out in the field, helping shape new crew and new horses. Bruce has been doing this for many years, like myself but we have many left!

Justin “Juggy” Willis

Hailing from Northern Alberta, Justin started his career at Folding Mountain Outfitters in 2011 and has been with Terminus since 2012. Juggy was one of the best wranglers to ever be in the North. He moved up to guiding several years ago, his passion for horses and hunting runs deep, and his work ethic is tireless. If there’s a way to get into an area, Justin will find it; if there isn’t, he will make one. Like Bruce, his years of experience help shape upcoming wranglers and guides. Few things turn Justin’s crank more than a twisty sheep or a big old bull moose.

Nolan Osborne

Nolan began working as a wrangler in the Yukon in 2015 and has been working for us since then. Nolan started out as green as grass, but a will to learn and strive to be his best with a hard work ethic and easygoing attitude has allowed him to be nominated last two years for the GOABC Guide of the Year Award. Equally at home on a horse string or a backpack hunt, he has an in-depth knowledge of gear, specifically rifles, and ballistics, and is an avid shooter and handloader during the offseason. Nolan also spends his springs guiding black bears in southern BC, and his offseason with his young family.

Clayton Cairnes

Clay started in the Mountains of northern BC, working with Bruce Willis at 15 years old. He has moved from wrangler to guide and is a very hard working guide with a vast knowledge and loves to hunt! Over the past 12-plus years, he has developed into a top-notch hand and guide. Whether it’s hunting or helping break horses, he’s all in. Like all our crew, hunters enjoy spending time with Clay in the field and ask for him when they return. Clay has a family of two twin girls and is limited in how much time he gets in the field, but like Jared is still part of the Terminus Family.

Jared Christon

Jared started wrangling in the Yukon out of high school in 2009 and quickly found his passion for hunting remote mountains and the creatures that dwell in them. Whether backpacking or on foot, he is as thorough a hunter as you will find, with extensive guiding experience in the Yukon, BC, and Alberta. Jared spends his springs guiding black bears on Vancouver Island & late fall guiding Mule Deer in Alberta. We have spent many years together also, and he has developed into a very good hunter and self-sufficient guide in the field. He loves to dig stuff up. Jared now has two young children and has limited time guiding with us, but is still part of the Terminus family.

Brayden Feeley

Brayden joined the TMO team as a wrangler in 2021 out of high school and has proven to be a keen hand and excellent up-and-coming guide. He has wrangled under all of the TMO guides before becoming one, gaining experience in a variety of country and hunting styles along the way. Brayden’s guiding career has really taken off with his laid-back personality, hard work ethic, and keen ability. Outside of guiding, Brayden is a commercial faller in the forestry industry and an avid hunter and fisherman.

Gage Kiselbach

Gage grew up in the guide outfitting world. Starting at 5 months old, flying into our old Northern BC area on a de Havilland Beaver, he has spent his summers in the Yukon & two Northern BC areas, in and out of jet boats, bush planes, and horse strings. With that came a passion for all things hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. Over the last few years, he has been wrangling in various camps throughout the outfit, getting to know the country and how different guides operate. He has an incredible memory for trophy scores and has always been a sheep fanatic. Plant potatoes, get potatoes!

Patrick Foley-Smith

“Patty” found his love for hunting on New Zealand’s South Island at a young age, and like most Kiwi’s, ran with it. Like most Kiwi’s he has great work ethic and the appetite to match. An avid hunter and houndsman, he is an enthusiast wrangler and upcoming guide with great eyes and the young legs to leave no stone unturned. Patty has been with us since 2024 season, and spends the off-season back in NZ guiding Tahr, Chamois, and Stag.

Alison Conder

Alison grew up with a love for the outdoors but didn’t start hunting until 2020. After her first successful harvest it lead her to working in the outfitting industry in 2021. Since then, Alison has worked in the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and is returning for her 2nd season in Northern BC as the main cook for Terminus Mountain Outfitters.

Cameron Butterworth

Cameron grew up in Rotorua, New Zealand and has been hunting, fishing and diving since he was a boy. His passion for hunting lead him to be the president of the Lincoln University Hunting Club in 2021, and he’s split his time working on farms and ski resorts around the world. Cameron is a skilled hand, working under several guides in the 2024 season as well as guiding mountain goats, and is an up-and-coming guide with TMO, always up for an adventure.

Tanner Dannish

Tanner spent his early childhood summers in the NWT’s Mackenzie Mountains, where his mom flew bush planes for Mackenzie Mountain Outfitters. His passion for hunting grew throughout his teens and into adulthood as he chased elk and moose around his home in BC’s Peace Country, beginning to guide elk for Terminus Mountain in the 2024 season. Outside of guiding, Tanner is the owner and president of Frontiersmen Gear, where he and his team produce high-quality custom knives and leather goods for the outdoors.

Kai Sirko

Growing up in BC’s Southern Interior, Mule Deer hunting was a part of Kai’s heritage. From a young age, he was in the outdoors with his Grandpa hunting and fishing. Kai took to the oil patch after high school, where he quickly gained experience as an operator running excavator and other machinery, and started wrangling with TMO in 2023. Kai’s quick learning, calm nature, and hard work ethic have made him a great addition to the crew.

Nathan "Heebs" Hebert

Nathan grew up immersed in the outdoors, hunting and fishing from the time he could walk. Whether it was following hounds on cougar and bear hunts, or spending countless hours in a boat fishing with chironomids, his passion for adventure and the wilderness was sparked early. Nathan joined the TMO team as a wrangler in 2023 at the age of 15 – something he says has been one of his most impactful experiences in his personal growth. It has been our pleasure to watch him learn and grow in the field, taking on more responsibility every year, and his youthful spirit and hardworking nature are welcome with all the guides and clients.
